Support just wanted to let you know that the advice you gave yesterday about going to SQL 2000 was great. In a couple hours I was able to convert my database, update the database connection on my pages and I was back in business. The product searches are about 50 - 100 percent faster! |

Just a quick note to thank you for your prompt and helpful response. I cannot rave enough about you guys, which is a long time coming, becaise I have searched far and wide for a web hosting company that had good customer service AND good tech support - it's always one or the other. In the beginning, it made me nervous that you guys have "office hours" but it has still yet to be a problem and knowing that you yourselves keep a watchful eye on your server status, etc and do provide a way to contact you in an afterhours emergency....well, again, it has never been a problem and I appreciate the company values and customer care. |
